Are you just passing through, adventuring, drag racing, exploring historic sites or shopping at Outlets or Antiquing? We will cater to your comfort and information needs. Ideally located!--1 mile to Appalachian Trail Parking (off Rt.40) and just over the hill from Boonsboro---home of Nora Roberts. We're short drives to State Parks, Cunningham WaterFalls, Antietam and Gettysburg Battlefields. Convenient to Interstate Highways leading to Baltimore and Washington, DC and/or Metro Stations. The space has no steps--so easier to manage with suitcases or for people with disabilities. Plenty of parking that is shared with my husband's Volvo Repair Business. We own a business located on the property, so we will be accessible for any questions or should you need assistance. We're out in the country---but surrounded with businesses---car repair, equipment sales, and county barn. But we have Trees, Big Sky Views, and Deer roaming around in our huge yard! We have a US Flag flying about midway on our property. If you are coming after dark -- or would like a contactless stay---let me know, and I can leave on a spotlight and the door open. Your suite is around behind the red brick house---go right at the end of the driveway. You can park midway behind the house at the entrance door(Just beyond the 2 garage doors.) We have outside seating and/or picnic table---just let us know ahead of time. Also we have corn hole game---we can let you borrow! Just ask!!
