A lovely modern one bedroom apartment next to the hospital. It has modern kitchen which is fully equipped. Can sleep 4. It's a great base for you and your family to visit Southampton. The apartment is right next to the hospital and central to all local city amenities. There’s a great local bus route and several convenience stores and takeaways within walking distance. Free parking, breakfast, tea, coffee and mini toiletries. You will have full use of the whole apartment and this includes a secure gated back garden that is fully furnished. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a pullout sofa bed in the lounge for guest 3 and 4. I also have a fan assisted fire place with a flame effect fire logs. The lounge has a large smart tv with a big comfortable sofa you can relax on. Secure property, especially relevant to lone travellers, with a locked parking space and a lovely private garden. This is my place and has some of my belongings but has plenty of room for all your luggage and hanging space in the wardrobe. The booking includes a free breakfast, tea and coffee plus complementary biscuits. I also provide towels and complementary toiletries. Guest access is normally self checkin due to work commitments but may call round after checking with guest if required. The key safe on the left hand side of the building wall. Walk down the left side of the building past the white door towards the post boxes. Mine is the last post box for flat 2 where the key-safe is attached to the wall. Lift the flap and insert the key code into the dial lock to obtain the keys. Let me know when you are near and I will text you the code. Thank you. Note- please replace the key in the key safe on leaving the flat. This is to avoid call outs for lost keys. I like to socialise with guests if that's preferable, however, will respect your privacy. I prefer to see a picture on your profile and site verification for safety reasons. Communication via text/ phone call is fine. Quiet residential area at the heart of the local General hospital and many other amenities. WestQuay shopping 3 miles or 10 minutes away from the flat. Pizza Shop just round the corner plus off licence and general store. Supermarkets 1-2 miles away. Lovely base to explore the local area. Ideal for couples, families and lone travellers as very secure. Private gated parking for one car only. Good local bus route and reliable local taxi service.
