This roomy & cozy top unit home of a duplex is perfect for coming to town for WSU events. The great, unique view of downtown provides a setting that can be enjoyed any time of year. NOTE: Please do not include children 12 years old & younger, except for crawlers & infants, in the booking guest group as the age group tends to disturb downstairs guests. Guests will be able to enjoy sitting on the deck to watch a rain storm cross the Palouse, relax during a warm summer evening, or enjoy the cozy comfort of the home itself. Along with the setting, the ability to walk to campus to partake in events at WSU or a coffee shop downtown, the location makes accessibility within reach whether you want to walk or drive. Inside the home, you will enjoy a cozy, comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and TV for Netflix shows. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you the choice to flex between eating in or dining out. Below the lower unit's carport, there is a small play structure available for children from both units to play on! Come visit, relax, and enjoy Pullman! Wi-Fi & Netflix Ultimately, we hope our guests are able to enjoy their stay with family and/or friends and the time they have together under one roof. We are available if our guests need us during their stay. There is plenty of street parking for accommodating guests vehicles. Guests are able walk downtown in about 10 minutes or get to campus in approximately 30 minutes on foot. Getting around by car is also convenient and in Pullman it doesn't take long to get across town - the perks of small-town living! Smoking: Our policy is no smoking of any substance inside the property and needs to be 25 feet from the property if done outside.
