85m2 holiday flat in our blue house in Orscholz

Welcome to our blue house. Our holiday flat offers you three bedrooms, a spacious living room with an integrated kitchen as well as a beautiful bathroom. We finished building our house in 2016, so everything is in a very good condition (except our garden and so on, there is still a lot to do :-)). We are looking forward meeting you! Please take a look at the current Corona-Rules. For your check-in you need a proof of your vaccination / or recovery and a current negative Corona test certificate. In our holiday flat, we can accomodate 6 adults, one toodler and a baby. You find 3 different bedrooms. The biggest one is called "the room at the shore". Here you find a king sized bed, a closet, two nightstands and of course, some bedside lamps. The other two, slightly smaller rooms are in the back of our blue house, facing nature. The first one is the "elephant room", where you find a queensized bed. Our "butterfly room" provides two single beds. Both rooms have a closet, nightstands and bedside lamps. Our lovely bathroom has an enormous walk-in shower (240*90cm), with a raindance shower head, a toilet and of course a pretty sink. The living room, with a fully equiped kitchen (new: dishwasher :-)) is the heart of the flat. In fact this is the most beautiful room in our house :-). With its 35m2 it is spacious, bright and friendly. Here in Orscholz you are right at the border triangle. Within a stone's throw of France, Belgium and of course Luxembourg. Orscholz has quite a lot to offer, such as: Cloef, Baumwipfelpfad, Atrium, Orkelsfels... Trier, Germany's oldest city is just 35 minutes away. When you arrive at the blue house, you go straight to our front door. Here we usually greet you and give you your keys. You go upstairs, directly next to the front door, and there you find your apartment door. Just unlock it and start your holiday! We also live in our blue house (in the flat on the first floor), so in case you need help, feel free to ask. Due to the fact, that my husband and I both work, we might not always be at home. But in that case, you can just leave a note, write an SMS or call us. As long as you don't have wishes or questions, we are usually not intruding on your privacy. We are located in the climatic spa Orscholz, right at the boarder triangle. But Orscholz itself has quite a bit to offer like: Baumwipfelpfad, Cloef, Atrium, Orkelsfels.... Here you can also do your daily shopping. You find Rewe, Lidl, several bakeries, a butcher, some hairdressers and so on. The next bus stop is just 200m away. The bus takes you to Mettlach, Merzig, Saarlouis, Saarburg and of course Luxembourg. The next train station is situated in Mettlach. In case you want to tka a taxi, I can recommend "Taxi Schwarz". It is a family buisness and the employees are always friendly! When you arrive at our blue house, the flat will be clean, beds will be made, towles will be placed and you will even find some small chocolates and fresh water :-) so you can just feel at home! We also provide dish towels, cleaning tools, extra pillows, some cuddly blankets and so on. For our smaller guest we have a play kitchen, a small workbench, a baby crib, a toodlers bed and a high chair, so you don't have to carry everything with you. Due to the fact that we live in a so called "Luftkurort" (climatic spa), you have to pay a visitor's tax of 1,80€ per adult extra each night extra, unless you are here to work, than you do not have to pay the visitor's tax. When you stay longer (over a week), a weekly cleaning by the host is obligatory. This cost 25€ extra (for each time). As a matter of course, you get fresh towels and bed linens.
