Beautiful home with great space in a very safe neighborhood. Bedroom has Full Size bed and shared bath. The TV has over 250 HD channels plus access to Netflix and always FREE WiFi. Fresh linens and towels are always provided. The kitchen is available to prepare your meals. The Keurig machine is available 24/7. Library room available for reading/work. We are 20-minutes to downtown Knoxville- 25-minutes to the airport - 15-minutes to Oak Ridge labs - 15-minutes to shopping. All around a great location.... You may use the laundry facilities and we ask that you arrange a time so we have our laundry cleared out and you must use your own detergent. You are welcome to use the kitchen and we ask that you wash what you dirty. We are available as needed... We have lived here for 15 years in this quiet neighborhood. There is only one way in and one way out of the neighborhood and it has a HOA board who does a tremendous job at keeping the area clean and neat - so that the curb appeal maintains our home values.
