We offer a light airy rooms double, this room is a shared bathroom with a single room. ( October 31st it will have Private Bathroom.) There is a self Check-in box & code will be sent after booking. Our property is comfortable & clean, all rooms having Hair dryer & Tv for Wifi Netflix & Youtube. Tea & Coffee. Room service is available.Wired fire systems fitted along with Carbon Dioxide system.Were close toM3 Junction 4 & 4a Connection toM25 Local buses & trains.Theatre castles.lake Patio breakfast/ dining & bathroom/ shower with bath. Kitchen Please note the property doesn't have child gates fitted. We have full integrated smoke alarm systems , heat detectors that are serviced annually & inspected on a weekly basis. Full fire precautions & fire exits around the building, & were fully licensed. No eating in rooms please use dining area only. Fridge in rooms. STRICKLY No Smoking in front of property. Use rear garden. Use of the communal dining breakfast area kitchen & garden patio area. Available for enquiries or any requests. Beverages available at an additional charge. Please ask. No Food in the rooms, Use dining room for meals If its agreed prior to booking for an animal to stay the garden will be unavailable due to neighbourhood cats. Keep all animals off bedding & beds please. Check rules for Animals if excepted The neighbourhood is very quant, & quiet. Please be respectful to neighbours with parking not blocking driveways & AVOIDING no 14 & 17, Respectful with noise after 9pm. Local shops & takeaways available, 2 Indian restaurants within walking distance along with a couple of pubs. Buses are within walking distance, The local train station is approximately 15 mins walk. We are available to give you advise about what else is in the area & local towns. Local buses, 4 mins walk away , trains 30 mins walk to & easy access yo London. 2 major train Stations close by Farmborough Main & Farnborough North. Other rooms are also rented for B & B Iron & Ironing board is located in the Utility for your conveniance if you choose to use it. We have a no smoking policy inside the property, Smoking is only permitted outside rear of the property. No food / in Rooms Please use Dining area that will be laid for your convenance. STRICKLY No Smoking in front of property. IF only agreed prior to booking, Dogs on leads at all times & not allowed on bedding or furniture., under no circumstances are they allowed to be left alone at any time in the property, failure to follow these rules will result in a daily charge of £20 & may result in being asked to vacate early losing any money’s paid, also walked in alleyway not left to roam neighbours gardens.
