This lovely and spacious one bedroom cottage with a new delux super king bed is situated in a peaceful setting on our family farm. Ideal for couples and friends or looking for an escape to the countryside, and also popular with professionals seeking an alternative to a hotel. Enjoy the farm garden including the use of our tennis court. We're just five minutes drive away from Leamington Spa; bursting with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The cottage is situated in the beautiful farm grounds which guests can enjoy, along with the tennis court. Tinkers Corner (named after our old cat!) is truly a home from home with all the amenities you need for your stay. There is a private parking space outside the property and plenty of space for more than one car. The cottage has one large bedroom with a new very comfy super king bed and is great for one or 2 people. Bed linen is included and towels can be included at small charge - please let us know if you require towels. The kitchen is fully integrated and has everything you need for a whole range of cooking or baking options. A high chair and travel cot is available for hire. Dogs are welcome £25 per dog. Please let us know when you book. Guests will have access to the whole cottage which is set over two floors, tennis court (booking advisable in peak times) farm gardens, and private courtyard patio. Very close to Leamington Spa, Stoneleigh, Kenilworth, Coventry and Warwick University - making this an ideal location if you're visiting or working around the area. Parking available onsite. You will be staying on a working farm and other residents include horses and a few chickens. We also have three other cottages located on the farm, meaning the tennis court and gardens may be shared with others. You're also likely to see tractors from time to time and maybe the combine harvester if you stay in the later summer months too.
