A cottage, ideal for relaxation and enjoyment of nature in the forest and 250 meters from the sea! We are only 35 minutes from the Athens airport. A place,suitable for couples,business travelers,families (with children), large groups and pets. The space is in the pine forest, which makes it uniquely peaceful and quiet, ideal for families with children or for people who just want to relax. It is 250 meters from the sea,which is clean and shallow (you can go on foot), and has bars, watersports and in some places available sunbeds and umbrellas. Outside there is a tavern and it is quite close to a supermarket. At any time of your stay you can contact me via mobile and in extreme cases, i will be able to come to the house. The surrounding area is not densely populated, there are only a few houses, which contributes to the tranquility of the area. We are only 45 minutes from Athens city center, 7 minutes from Marathon, and from the port of Rafina eight kilometers. 1 kilometer away from Karavi Beach.Just outside the house there is a bus stop. With that bus, you can be transported to Nea makri, Marathonas, the center of Athens etc. I you have any problems, i am available to help you.
