Fosse Paddock Studios are 4 modern, clean, purpose-built, self-contained ground level studio apartments. Accommodating 2 Adults & possible 2 children. This unit open plan to bedroom, king sized bed, wardrobe, dresser, free view TV, Spacious bathroom, large walk-in shower, wash-basin and WC. Sitting/dining area with table, sofa bed & second free view TV, adjoining a kitchenette, ceramic hob, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cupboards, crockery and utensils. Occasional table. Each unit is capable of sleeping up to four guests, typically two adults in the bedroom and up to 2 children on the sofa bed in the sitting area. They are designed as self-catering accommodation. Fosse Paddock Studios is in a quiet, rural location close to the picturesque Vale of Belvoir and easily accessed from both the A52 and A46 roads and just outside the village of Cropwell Bishop, which has amenities. Adjacent to the studios is a filling station with a small shop, where provisions can be purchased. Within 2-3 miles are the towns of Cotgrave and Bingham, both of which have a variety of amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. The city of Nottingham is 7 miles away, which can be reached by bus from Cropwell Bishop, Bingham or Cotgrave and there is a Park & Ride facility at Shepherd’s Restaurant in Stragglethorpe , 3 miles away, with regular bus services into the city centre. A detailed directory of the local area, listing amenities and places to visit, is available in each studio. Our outside space is still being developed to provide a bbq area and ample outside seating. Plenty of secure parking for your Cars which is next to the studios. This is monitored 24hours by CCTV. I live in the bungalow in the grounds at Fosse Paddock which is slowly developing into a very nice countryside home. I will some times be about but I do go off to work most days. I am able to help with most of your needs and questions having lived round and about most of my life. We have no immediate neighbours .Fosse Paddock studios stand off a short private road. Apple green filling station are close by with a small shop and are due to be redeveloped to include a coffee shop and breakfast facilities in the next few months. Bingham is only 3 miles away which has major supermarkets and many eateries and takeaways catering for all tastes. Fosse Paddock is best accessed by motor car. There is a local village bus service which passes close by. Having said that a biking holiday using it as a base would be very rewarding enabling one to tour through the many quaint villages through the Vale to Belvoir Castle (13Miles).
