The Indigo Cottage, a Stylish Modern Private unit

Enjoy your stay in central Westville in this trendy, newly renovated private cottage. We have wonderful restaurants & shops close by & only a 20 minute drive to the Durban City centre and beaches. Self check-in is quick and easy via a keypad lockbox at the main gate. A second lockbox is located at the entrance to the passage leading to the cottage. The owners Mark & Tania are based on the property and the unit has an intercom which is connected to the main house if you need any assistance. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and en-suite and one with a queen bed - both bedrooms share the en-suite bathroom and toilet, as the rooms are interleading, although there is a door that closes between the two bedrooms. There is a safe located in the unit for valuables and a laptop. Both mattresses were cleaned recently - see certificate. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave grill oven, gas hob, fridge & freezer, as well as basic crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Tea and coffee are provided. We unfortunately do not have an oven in the unit. Start the morning with coffee seated on the undercover verandah. The unit has wifi, a smart tv in the lounge and another in the main bedroom with Netflix and DStv Now. We have backup power during loadshedding, so the lights, TV's and Wifi will all function normally. The cottage has a gas hob. The aircon, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, fridge and plugs will not function during loadshedding. The property is well secured and has perimeter and exterior CCTV cameras for added security. Cleanliness is a priority at The Indigo Cottage and due to the current COVID situation we are additionally sanitizing all surfaces after they have been normally cleaned, this includes keypads, remotes and door handles. One parking bay is allocated to The Indigo Cottage, however with prior arrangement, an additional parking bay is usually not a problem. Our priority is cleanliness and to be available to assist wherever possible to ensure you have a wonderful stay in our beautiful city, but more importantly in our gorgeous cottage. The Virgin Active Gym is very close by, as well as Westville Swimming Pool. We recommend using a private car or uber Non paying/unregistered guests will unfortunately not be allowed on our property for any reason.
