Bankside is a wonderfully appointed apartment in the centre of Middleton on Sea. Within walking distance of many shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach this holiday let is the perfect spot to enjoy what our region has to offer. With a large light and airy open plan living and dining area looking out through the wide terrace windows Bankside has great living accommodation for all the family. There is large widescreen smart television perfect to cosy down after a long day of exploring and wifi access to connect to your own online media player if you like. The good-sized kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to self-cater during your stay. There is a kettle, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, iron, washing machine and tumble dryer. With three bedrooms there is room for all the family. There is one large master double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a smaller yet very cosy second double room. The good sized family bathroom has a shower cubicle and bath tub. One parking space comes with the apartment. Roadside parking can be found nearby for extra cars. Free Wifi available. Bankside is set in the beautiful West Sussex coastal village of Middleton-on-Sea. The picturesque village centre is literally just below your living quarters and has local stores, coffee shops and an excellent fish and chip shop, among others. The seafront is a short walk away, accessible on foot via a nearby private estate. The area also benefits from many cycle routes and walks, including the rolling South Downs National Park. A short drive along the coast are the seaside resort towns of Bognor Regis and Littlehampton, both offering a typical English seaside atmosphere with sweet shops, beach front promenades and a pier. The beautiful cathedral city of Chichester lies just to the north west and is famous for its Roman connections, as well as the Festival Theatre which attracts some of the world's top actors. Chichester is dominated by the cathedral and its shopping centre has preserved its heritage and character. The Goodwood Estate lies just to the north of Chichester and, along with its horse racing, is now maybe most famous for the Goodwood Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival motor racing events. The location offers easy access to the cities of Brighton and Portsmouth, both along the south coast. These larger cities offer excellent shopping, as well as attractions such as the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth, home of the British Navy. From Chichester and Bognor Regis there are rail links direct to London.
