Recently converted luxury self contained annexe

The recently refurbished annexe is located next to our home in the beautiful rural village of Snitterfield. It is situated on the site of Shakespeare's father's estate. The bedroom has a 4ft 6" double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with shower and there are complimentary toiletries for you along with towels. The living area has a breakfast bar, microwave and fridge and a seating area with smart TV and free Wifi. There will be milk, coffee, tea and sugar for you on arrival. Access is via steps to the side of the property. There is a separate garden area located at the bottom of the steps for you to enjoy and free parking is available on the drive. The annexe is suitable for people wishing to spend time exploring Stratford or the surrounding areas for sight seeing. There are many public footpaths for guests to explore within a couple of minutes walk of the property and a well stocked village shop. You will have access to the entire annexe during your stay. There is a lawned garden area with outside seating and car parking on the drive. The annexe is set up for self check-in although we will try to meet guests when convenient during your stay. Snitterfield is a quiet village with pub and local village store within easy walking distance. Recently opened The Farm, a unique farm shop, restaurant and Artisan Food Destination open for breakfast and brunch. We are a 7 minute drive to Stratford upon Avon and 10-15 minutes to Warwick and Leamington. A local bus service runs Monday to Saturday from the village, although if you are looking to explore the area, access to a car would be advisable.
