Large kosher beautiful Tuscany style house
This is a spacious, kosher new house within a Mediterranean garden with beautiful trees , flowers and a patio with area for comfortable family BBQ s and relaxing. The street is a cul de sac so very quiet but only ten minutes walk to the picturesque town of Zichron Yaacov with cafes and restaurants. We have views of the Carmel hill range from the upstairs bedroom windows. The sea view is a few minutes walk up or round the corner 1 block away. all spaces accessible including large walk in cupboard off master bedroom and balcony overlooking hills off second bedroom. I am available via air b n b messaging and I can organise someone to assist with any specific issues should they arise and cannot be fixed with my instructions to you e.g fuse box switches The house is set in the Horesh area which is an established neighbourhood marked by detached houses lining streets with pretty gardens. We are an 8 to 10 minute walk into the main town ( 2 mins by car!) . We have children's parks nestled within the streets and basketball areas especially an 8 minute walk into Givat Eden where the park with free tennis and basketball is perched atop the hill with panoramic hill and sea views a minute away. There is parking in town and a good supermarket through the main arch in town. Parking is available there. There are Zichron taxi numbers on the fridge and via a search online for taxis. Binyamina train is a 10 minute drive away and there is free parking ( check) at the station during the day. This station has trains to Tel Aviv ( around 40 mins away ) , Netania ( around 20 mins away ). and Hertzlia among other places. Route 6 near Feredis junction has buses to Jerusalem which take around 1 hour 20 minutes. There are also reliable buses from the main town square/ green near the Aliah museum ( which is very good!)
