Accommodation in barn converted ensuite bedrooms, all with direct access from the courtyard. Ideally located in the Surrey Hills, close to Dorking, Guildford, Horsham and Cranleigh. Perfect for those seeking a quiet and tranquil stay for both work and leisure. Rooms have fridges if you wish to bring your own breakfast or Heartwork Coffee bar serves from our barn location offering bacon or sausage baps as well as decent coffee . 2 rooms are available. Room 1: has a double and a single bed with an en-suite shower room. Entrance from the main courtyard into a small lobby area equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and little hob. Stairs from this lobby lead up to the bedroom. Room 2: has a double bed with en-suite shower room. Again direct access from the main courtyard and equipped with a fridge, kettle and microwave. Parking on site, a car is advised for easy access as buses are just twice a day .
