The location is very peaceful and tranquil and yet is only a 5-minute walk to the lake and the many shops and restaurants of Pallanza. The apartment was recently renovated, and it is tastefully furnished and decorated with some beautiful antique pieces. There is ample off-street parking within the grounds of the villa.
