Wonderful apartment of 90 sq. meters, 2 min walk (160m) from the beach, 7 min drive from the Temple of Poseidon, with a breezy balcony for summer nights and a fireplace for winter. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families with kids and pets. This is a standalone quiet condo with a full kitchen, two bedrooms, living room with a flat-screen TV, and a large balcony. It’s great for a winter weekend getaway as it offers central heating and a large fireplace, and perfect for summer vacation too, as it is steps away from beautiful beaches. The balcony offers a pleasant breeze most nights, and the rooms are equipped with screens, fans and AC for a great night's sleep. We guarantee fresh clean towels, sheets and essentials for each stay. You will also have access to the garden which has plenty of tree and palm tree cover and a complementary reservable bbq. The backyard is also home to our very friendly dog Daisy, who is happy to meet other dogs and kids. However, if you have a fear of dogs let us know and we can keep Daisy inside during your visit. The house is located in Legrena, a small traditional Greek village by the sea. It is a five walk to the center of the village, hence, it is very close to delicious meat and fish taverns, traditional bakery and small grocery stores. Its also very near the ancient Temple of Poseidon. Whether you want to marvel at the ancient sights, enjoy some peaceful nights by the fireplace during the winter, or relax on the great beaches of the Athenian Riviera and soak in the sun, this is the place for you. There are free public soccer and basketball courts 2 minutes away. We include an information sheet for what to do in the surrounding areas and tips gathered after years of living there. The house is a 3 minutes walk from the nearest KTEL bus stop. The same bus line runs to and from the Temple. It’s within walking distance of multiple restaurants and beaches, and a 5 minute drive from the remote KAPE beach. There is plenty of street parking available or if you are planning on staying a longer period we can give you access to our private parking spots.
