Apartment with balcony Prague

We offer a nice apartment in a calm Prague quarter - yet only 10 minutes by tram from the Prague Castle and another 15 minutes by car or 35 minutes by bus/tram from the Airport (we can drive you back if we are available). Looking forward to meeting you! FAQ (that you should ask) Q: Location? A: A truly quiet flat just 10 minutes by tram from the Prague Castle or Strahov Monastery. Tha place has an excelent direct connnection with the center even at night. The tram 22 will take you to all main sights of the city. It’s a really nice spot with a big park nearby Q: Shops and restaurants? A: There is a big shopping mall just 10 minutes walking (one tram stop) - Kaufland. Decent restaurant is in the mall, too. Q: Parking? A: There is a free parking in the street for our guests. Q: What is the flat like? Is it private or shared? A: Its private, you do not share it with anyone. Cosy and friendly with private kitchen, bathroom, balcony. Q: How many persons could be accomodated? A.: There is a double bed + bed in the bedroom and two bends in the livinig room, so 5 persons can sleep there. Q: TV and WIFI? A: Yes. Q: Eating? A: There is a small kitchen in the flat with refrigerator, water heater ect. Q: Towels and linen? A: Provided. Q. What time can I check in and check out? A. We try to be flexible as much as possible, but guests should always ask in advance if they have some special demands like late check out etc. Q: Who else lives here? A: All flat is just for you, but we live in the same house if you need our help. Q: Smoking? A: Just outdoors or on the balcony. Q: What should we do in Prague? A: We can provide you with suggestions, tips and help. Q: Could you help me to get to the airport? A: Yes, we could help in it. On demand we can drive you to the airport for 15 EUR. Q: Do you clean the flat during my stay? A: Yes, we do it and we even change the linen in case of longer stay. Guest will have the entire apartment + balcony just for themselves. I help my guests as much as I can, eventhough I travel a lot so some guests might be met by my parents. Its quite calm neighbourhood yet with great connection to the city center. Tram stop (line 22) is just 3 minutes away. The tram goes on to the Prague Castle (Pohořelec stop, 10 minutes away or Pražský hrad, 14 minutes), Charles Bridge and Lesser Town (Malostranské náměstí stop, 22 minutes). If you wish to stay longer in the city center, you may use a night tram (line 97) that take you again directly to our place.
