Very nice home with a back yard/deck. Near NYC

Excellent Location! Close to NYC, Met Life. Very clean, bright, updated 1st floor apartment of a 2 family residential. Full kitchen, living room, full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Private deck and a back yard. Plenty of street parking. Very conveniently located around the major Rt. 80, Rt 17, Rt. 46. 3min to Hackensack University Hospital, 15min. to EWR, about 15 min Car, 35 min Bus ride to NYC departing every 10 - 15 minutes. 3min to Wal-Mart, Costco, GS Plaza. Bus stop just around the corner. The space is a 2 bedroom apartment with a full bath and a full kitchen in a 2 family home. It has a nice back yard and a deck with outdoor seating. Transportation to NYC is by bus right about a block away from the house and its about 20-30 min ride. Met Life Stadium is about 10 min. HUMC is about 3 min. There is a grocery store in a walking distance. Walmart, Costco, and eateries such Panera Bread, Texas Road House, BrewHouse, is about 3 min drive. Guests are not sharing any of their spaces but the main entrance to the building. My guests can reach out to me at any time. You do not need to see me unless it is necessary. The house is located on a quiet, residential street. Most my neighbors are landlords. It is safe and family oriented. it is always quiet after hours. You will find a Laundromat, a big grocery store ( Stop& Shop ), Dunkin Donuts, 7/11, Gas Station, Harmon Stores, Nail Salon, Carvel and more in a walking distance. There are a lot of eateries within a 2mile ratio. Parking is on the street, most of the time right in front of the house. Bus stop to/from NYC is about half a block away towards the SE of the house around the corner. Also highways rt17 and rt80 is same direction on SE. All major highways are in a min. distance. Please be kind to remember no parties, over drinking, smoking is allowed in the house. I have 2 little kids and are going to sleep roughly about 9pm and all are out by 8am. So please be considerate about walking in and out and loud conversations at all times, specially at late hours. Any little thing you may need please don't hesitate to ask. Please make sure to turn off the lights, Heat/AC and TV before leaving. The WIFI information is listed in the house and will not be shared online. I do have a Netflix account and it is signed on the TV. If you chose to use your own account you can do so as well.
