Comfortable, stylish studio flat in a self-contained wing of our Victorian villa a short walk from the centre of Leamington Spa, with free on-street parking outside. A great place for a couple, or a super-comfortable pad for one. Large double bed with top-of-the-range Ikea mattress, bamboo flooring, under-floor heating, fridge, microwave, and Nespresso machine. En-suite bathroom with walk-in electric shower and heated towel rail. Free wi-fi. Our comfortable, stylish studio flat is located on the ground floor of a self-contained wing of our Victorian villa with its own front door (shared with our one-bedroom Airbnb apartment upstairs). It is a great place for a couple to stay or a super-comfortable pad for one. The studio features: A large double bed with top-of-the-range Ikea mattress and leather headboard; Free-standing wardrobe and chest of drawers; Hardwood (bamboo) flooring, floor level lighting and under-floor heating; Rotel CD player and amplifier with wall-mounted speakers and aux connection for your iPod or Spotify-equipped phone; Kitchen unit with fridge, microwave, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided); Glass cafe-style table and (two) chairs; Cups, glasses, cutlery and crockery for two people; Free wi-fi. There is a newly installed en-suite bathroom with toilet, basin, walk-in electric shower and heated towel rail. (Please note that the bathroom has a step up to the shower area, so may not be suitable for those with impaired mobility.) Although check-in is via a key safe at the moment for reasons of social distancing we are living next door in the main house and will be around to help guests with their needs as required. The studio is self-contained, but please be aware that it is attached to a family home, and there may be other guests staying in the apartment upstairs. It is not suitable for clubbers, party animals or for entertaining friends. No noise after 11.00pm, please!. We live in a quiet residential area approximately ten minutes' walk from the centre of Leamington Spa. There is a small supermarket (Sainsbury's Local) two minutes' walk away from the property for food, newspapers, toiletries, etc. Central Leamington offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and pubs, cinema and theatre – all walking distance from the property. We've lived here for twenty years, so we can recommend some great places to eat, drink and visit! We are easy to find, about 10 minutes' drive from the M40 motorway. There is free on-street parking outside the property. Leamington Spa's mainline railway station is a ten-minute walk and there are bus stops nearby for Warwick, Stratford, Warwick University and Coventry.
