Staletti, it’s a little but much to offer village situated on top of a little mountain. Just 3km away from the beach. It’s in province of Catanzaro in Calabria, south of Italy. The airport is Lamezia Terme around 40 km away , reachable straight on a highway. 2 adults and -2 children. Also 4 adults are welcome but the Preis will be double. The whole 2-bedroom flat as seen on pics is available for use Please check out the house rules. The house is made of three stores. This flat is on the 2th floor. There is enough parking place around he house because it’s all Privat area belonging to the house itself. There will be someone welcoming you and hand over the key. Anything you need you can just contact us in the ground floor. You can find anything... small grocery store , pharmacy, coiffed, post office, bank and atm machine. We got also own hotel and lots of nice and good cafe bars were you can enjoy ur mornings with home made pastries. In 4 min with the car you are at the breach place. The whole coast is beautiful to see and to discover. Other big and well known city to go around like Regio Calabria or Cosenza, Pizzo and Tropea. Big shopping Mals are available every where. The flat is big enough for 4 people or more. If you need extra beds, just inform us in advance. 2 bedrooms are fully equipped. Hot and cold water at any time available. There are also heating floors if you wanna spend a nice cost winter there. The weather is all year around mild and sunny almost 300 days a year days with sun. The winter is cold but still sunny during the day. Rarely we have snow.
