Quiet and comfortable garden house located in the heart of Sigulda within walking distance of the main landmarks and attractions. The house is exclusive for the guests and there are no other rooms/beds being offered to others while you are staying. The property includes the garden house and the main house, where the host lives. The garden is shared with designated area for the guests allocated with possibility to have meals in the garden. The space is a freshly renovated (2019) garden house with one living room studio with a kitchen, one small bedroom and a full bathroom. There is one double bed in the bedroom and one single bed in the living room. The house is located in the very city center, but in a quiet private house area. You will be able to comfortably explore Sigulda on foot or bicycle, either if it is a hike on the Gauja river National park or sightseeing in the center. The property has a beautiful garden that will be available for you to have meals outdoors, relax, play with children, etc. It is perfectly fit for a couple or a family with children and also infants. High chair and crib is available at no extra cost. The guests have exclusive access to the garden house and a designated area of the garden. Free parking is available on the street and on the property. I am at home most of the time and will be available to help. Please note that my English is very limited. The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area with private houses located in the very center of the city. The house is less than 1km from the train and intercity bus station. Most landmarks and attractions are within walking distance from the house. It should be noted that I have a Jack Russell terrier dog, but it is not able to go the designated guest part of the garden. Breakfast can be arranged on the spot for an additional cost
