Parkwood Mills, Great location

The apartment is a newly renovated flat in the village of Longwood which is 2.5 miles from Huddersfield. The flat is approx 5 minutes drive from junction 23 on the M62. In the nearby areas there is an abundance of beautiful countryside, canals and walks to explore, the Pennine Way being the most well known. It is a great location to be based at to explore Huddersfield and the surrounding areas. The apartment is situated on the third floor of a converted mill, we have recently done up the apartment in October 2021 new pictures to follow soon. There is a smart private entrance area with a lift to all floors of the building. There is an allocated parking space but also visitor parking in a nearby separate car park. The apartment itself has an open plan living area with furniture including a double sofa bed to accommodate two of the four guests for maximum capacity. There is a dining space and kitchenette fitted with a washing machine (guests need to bring their own washing powder), dishwasher and fridge freezer. Washing up and cleaning products are supplied. The bedroom is a good size with a double bed and a range of fitted units for clothes storage. The bathroom is modern with a white suite and over bath shower, towels and linen are supplied. There is an iron and ironing board in the hallway storage. Guests park in the flats allocated parking space. We have a parking permit which we supply at the flat for the space.
