Our cozy apartment is in a quiet location in the Buching district. It comprises approx. 75 m² living space on the 2nd Upstairs. From all rooms you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains. From the living room you have a wonderful panoramic view. Both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony. A parking space is available directly at the entrance. 5 minutes walk to the Buchenbergbahn. You can park bicycles and prams in our lockable garage. In winter, wooden sledges are available free of charge. Cot, high chair and games are available. Fresh bed linen and towels are included in the price. Kitchen roll, toilet paper, dishwasher and tabs, washing machine and detergent, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, TV, WiFi, etc ... are available. ________________________________________ Additional information Cancellation policy: 100% up to 30 days before arrival. Up to 14 days before arrival 50%. Please understand that in the event of short-term cancellations, the full travel price must be paid, provided that we are unable to rent the apartment again in a short period of time. We ask our guests to leave the apartment "swept clean" on departure. Tourist tax per night: adults € 0.95 (May-September € 1.10), children 7-17 years € 0.65 (May-September € 0.70), children up to 6 years are free. The free guest card "HalblechCard" is included in the visitor's tax. We ask for a deposit of 25%, the remaining amount is due on arrival.
