Comfortable end double room with TV in large house

Comfortable room in a four-bedroom house, which is shared with the owner and sometimes other guests (in one other room) The house has generous living space downstairs, along with a kitchen and toilet. The shared kitchen and lounge are fully equipped. The bedrooms are upstairs along with the bathroom and separate toilet. There is a large back yard as well. The house is in a residential area, on the outskirts of Aylesbury, near a large Asda supermarket My house is a good sized family home and I'm offering one of the bedrooms to Airbnb guests. Guests have their own private room and can access the shared bathroom, both toilets (upstairs and downstairs), the kitchen, dining area, lounge room and back yard. I may or may not be around, but I'm always available to answer questions and help out. The house is in a residential area, on the outskirts of Aylesbury, near a large Asda supermarket. There is bus stop near by and it's possible to walk into Aylesbury or Stoke Mandeville. The house is on a bus route and there is free parking available for guests.
