The living room boasts tasteful stylish interior decor that makes this a beautiful space in which to relax, socialise or work. After a long day of exploring the city, take the weight off your feet on the sofa and truly feel at home! The sofa even converts into a double sofa bed. Move through to the kitchen and you’ll find an array of modern appliances and cooking implements you need to cook a delicious meal that you can serve to friends or family sat around the dining table. The master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed with fresh hotel-quality linens. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in. You can freshen up in the well-appointed bathroom where you can wake up in the morning to an energising shower. Towels and toiletries will be provided. The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. ## Access You will have the whole house to yourself. We will provide you with the products needed for it, as well as basic supplies for cooking and shower. The whole place is available. You may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments, as most buildings in Lisbon aren’t soundproofed. ## Interaction My friends at Hostmaker are looking after my home while I am away; they are a short-lets management service team who know Lisbon like the back of their hand! There is a local supermarket nearby, pharmacist, CTT office, a stationery store, restaurants, tax office (financas), bakeries etc. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby the house. ## Transit Bus stations are pretty close. And the metro station "Amadora" is 800 mt away which can be easily accessed and takes you downtown in about 20min! ## Notes -There is a double sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed is suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. -Please note there are two elevators for access. -Most homes in Portugal don’t have central heating, but two heaters and fans will be provided. -Electricity: It is fairly common in Lisbon for the electricity to trip if more than two high wattage electrical appliances are being used at the same time. Please keep this in mind when using appliances like heaters, washing machines, hairdryers, kettles, toasters, fans, etc. Guests will be charged €40 if the electricity trips due to overuse. -Check-in and keys: please note there will be a €25 fee for check-ins before 8 am and after 8 pm. - If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a 50€ fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply. -Please note the water heater has limited capacity. Once the hot water runs out, it will take some time for the water to warm up. -Please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters and fans) when you leave the apartment. -ID: your Government ID will be collected at check-in for submission to the authorities as required by local laws.
