Sunroof apartment 3 mins drive to sea

This one bedroom apartment is modern and cosy, in cul-de-sac (far from street noise) and has everything a couple (or couple with children) would need for a comfortable stay. It is newly built, with new air con and kitchen. You can enjoy the sea view from the private roof accessible only from your apartment. The beach is only 15 mins on foot. Ras Jebel is vibrant, has beautiful beaches and it is close to Tunis, Bizerte, Utique, Rafraf, Metline and other interesting places. The apartment consists of an open plan living room/ kitchen, bedroom with dressing room, bathroom and small covered area on the roof and the roof. The guests let me know arrival time and I will wait to show them the apartment. The best meeting point is carrefour and we can drive to the place from there (it is approximately 3 mins drive). Thursday market is just round the corner. The beach is 15 mins walk or 3 mins by car. Taxis are 2 mins walk away and all the shops and amenities around. You can park your car off the road opposite the apartment. It is approximately 30 meters away from the entrance. It is cut-de-sac free from street noise.
