Get ready for the most memorable holiday of your life! This is a large villa of 255 sq.m. that hosts in total comfort 10 people. On the top floor are two large double bedrooms with private balconies and sea-view windows. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom with jacuzzi. In the middle floor, there is the main entrance to the villa with a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, dining table and another double bedroom that has a small WC with shower. This floor opens to a very large veranda with direct view to the Aegean Sea and the beautiful surrounding nature. At the ground floor are two bedrooms: one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and one bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a second kitchen, another living room, dining table and WC. This floor opens to the private swimming pool and the beautiful pool patio with outdoor furniture. The pool has lounge chairs, a large double sunbed and it is surrounded by a nice garden. At the back yard of the villa, there is a gas BBQ. This 5-bedroom villa with pool and sea view veranda is a dreamy place, ideal for family holidays or groups of friends. It is fully equipped with all amenities you & your kids will need, including large TVs, free wifi, high chairs and even pool toys for children. The villa, the garden and the pool with be exclusively at your disposal. Me or our villa caretakers will be available when you need us. Our location is very quiet, only 5 min drive from the sandy beach of Fellos. If you like walking, you can reach the beach in about 20 min by foot. Few meters from the beach of Fellos, at an inner street, is a lovely tavern with delicious dishes. The port town of Andros (Gavrio) is found at 15 min drive and there you can find many restaurants, cafeterias, super market and other shops. At a distance of 20 min drive, you will also find the most beautiful beaches of Andros, including Agios Petros, Kypri and Golden Beach. We always recommend our guests to have a car in order to get around the island. Andros is a large island and public transportation does not cover all places, so a car or bike is necessary for your stay.
