And best of all, the outdoor shower is set away from the house and gives you a sense of communing with nature but still private. There is a comfortable den with a flat screen tv, apple tv, and blue ray player. The house is stocked with books and movies, wifi, washer dryer, beach chairs, bicycles and a top-of-the-line sound system. The house has three formal bedrooms each with walk in closet and private decks. Two have queen size beds, and the third can be configured as two twins or one king. The fourth bedroom has a very comfortable queen sized convertible sofa. A library off the great room can be transformed into a fifth bedroom. The unique design of the house allows for privacy in each bedroom. The house is fully air conditioned, although it is breezy and seldom necessary.
