The second bedroom has full size single bed bunk beds a small desk and a wardrobe. There is a large shower room with sink and toilet. There is a 2nd bathroom with bath plus shower toilet and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, halogen hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster. There is a washing machine and drying racks ( note no tumble dryer) The building is from the Georgian period . We also have the flat next door which is listed as Epsom Elegance should you have a larger group and need to book both properties. We will consider longer bookings so please enquire. This is an entire flat . There are 2 steps up from the street to a shared terrace with seating. There are 3 steps with handrails to the front door. We have a lockbox containing the keys next to the front door. There is secure gated parking for one car behind the building. A gate remote will be left for you inside if requested. The property is very convenient for the train station with trains going to London Waterloo or London Victoria in about 40 minutes. There are numerous restaurants only a few steps away. There is a Marks & Spencer and waitrose supermarket very close by. There is a taxi firm and enterprise car rental opposite . On Thursday and Saturday there is a market in the square . On the first Sunday of the month there is a farmers market. Chessington world of Adventures theme park is 15 minutes away and Hobbledown about 10minutes
