Your Home away from Home. The house is located a few blocks away from the Saint Paul Campus and 5 miles away from the Minneapolis Campus of the University of Minnesota. Within walking distance to State Fait Grounds and Emily program headquarters. Buses to both downtowns as well as the Light Rail are blocks away!. In the Main Level of the house, this is a newly added bedroom that has a walk in closet and its own state of the art bathroom with heated tile floors, Jacuzzi, and heated toilet seats! Bedroom does not have a lock. House has central air conditioning and is a few blocks away from the Saint Paul Campus of the University of Minnesota. Connector Buses to the Minneapolis Campus are close by. Buses to the 2 downtowns are also blocks away. Guests must be OK with cats and be non smoking. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. There is a supermarket a few blocks away, and a few places for breakfast and dining. Bedroom has a queen bed. Guests can use the Kitchen and other common areas. Sheets and towels are provided. Although Bedroom can accommodate couples, reservation needs to be made as such. Once reservation is made for one person, only that person can use the space, unless a request is made in advance. I love sharing my home, but please do not bring any guests without my knowledge and approval. All shared parts of the house are for you to enjoy. Bedroom does not have a lock. Generally my guests are treated as part of the family, especially those staying a long time. Although this Bedroom can accommodate couples, reservation needs to be made as such. Clean, quiet, safe, very convenient as it is close to both down towns and to many University Campuses: Saint Thomas, Saint Catherine's, Augsburg, and the U of MN. Close to the State Fair Grounds, Rosedale Mall and Har Mar Mall too. There is a Supermarket close by and a few good restaurants too! Biking, Walking and buses are all good options. Please bring a pair of shoes to be used inside the house during your stay!
