The Swish - New Forest Get Away

The Swish is located on the northern border of the New Forest National Park, full of wildlife and stunning views. Perfect for couples and small families there are endless attractions to enjoy to make your stay perfect. Whether you have come to The Swish for a relaxing getaway, we have you covered! Or if you prefer more of an active weekend there is something for everyone. **Rear Balcony currently in construction** This brand new self-contained private guest house is a cosy, modern getaway overlooking wonderful views. The accommodation comprises of an open plan kitchen dining area with breakfast bar, sofa bed, smart Tv, Sky, table & chairs and an area for a dog bed (if you are bringing one). This area has a very large scenic window that overlooks the New Forest. The country style kitchen has everything you need for your self-catering holiday with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, washing machine and all pots, pans and crockery. A choice of eating areas either at the breakfast bar or at the dining area table. You have your own bright and airy bathroom fully equipped with a large shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rail and storage. towels, soap and toilet roll are provided. The cosy bedroom consists of an oak double bed, bedside tables and your own fitted wardrobe. Beds are freshly made prior to arrival, please let us know when booking if linen is required for the sofa bed. There is currently no outdoor space with The Swish although this winter we are adding a balcony with barbecue to the rear making the most of the beautiful views. Please note: A stunning oak/glass balcony is currently in construction to the rear of The Swish which will be accessed through the bi-folding door, to be completed for May (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) As you approach The Swish down a private gravel track there is a dedicated parking space waiting for you outside the entrance door, there is a lock box for contact free check in. If you have any queries the owners reside in the main house near by. Now you can enjoy your complete freedom and independence. Upon prior request we can offer a storage space for bikes etc in the garage below, there is also a safe outside locking point. Woodfalls is perfectly situated on the edge of the New Forest offering idyllic walks, bike rides, traditional pubs and family days out. There is our village shop only a 2 minute walk down the road, extremely well stocked with absolutely everything you will need including local free range eggs, meat and home cooked cakes! Our closest high street is in Downton, a few minutes drive away containing pubs, café, butchers and a co op. Within 30 minutes drive you can be on the beautiful beaches of Bournemouth, shopping at West Quay in Southampton or exploring the historical streets of Salisbury and visiting Salisbury Cathedral and Stonehenge. Please note if you are bringing a young child we can install a stair gate at the top of the stairs upon request. No smoking inside the property please. Pets - Your dog is more than welcome at The Swish, please contact us to discuss prior to booking if you would like to bring one. We have a dog and a cat at the property. Beauty Treatments - You have the added luxury option of adding a pamper experience onto your stay! The salon is a 15 minute drive into Salisbury offering a wide range of treatments .
