This is a new "barn house" separated from the main house (where we live). set amidst a historical garden. It is 70 m² with a split level, and offers accommodation for 6 people. It has a dining table, fridge, TV, Wifi, and small bathroom, no kitchen. The railway station is at 100 m and offers a direct connection to central Brussels and Leuven (20min), airport connection is by direct bus. It is suitable for business travelers, couples, groups ( 6p in 1 room) and families ( toys on request). It is a new garden unit with direct acces to the garden. It offers a lot of privacy. As we live on the same property it offers you the perfect"local interaction". On the first floor there are 3 sleeping couches of high quality, TV, Netflix and good WIFI. NO seperate bedrooms. On the grond floor is a table, coffee corner and the bathroom. The cottage is a split level, open space of 70m². It offers direct access to the beautiful garden. The garden has a gate to the street and is closed of. If there is anything that can make your stay even more comfortable, just ask. It is a small thing to do as we live next door. On request you can make use of a lot of toys and games. It is not displayed in the unit, as every guest has a different profile. The location is perfect for everyone who likes to combine a green, quiet open space with a direct access by public transport to all the major cities in Belgium. Only 100m to the train station and a direct busservice to the airport. 400m to the local supermarket, 1km to some nice bakeries, restaurants on walking distance (10 min). free parking on our property (1 car) or on street level. It is on the major and signposted bicycle route to Brussels and Leuven. SIgnposted mountainbiketrails in the area. public transport (train and buses) at 100m, close to the airport. There is a tree house in the garden, it is safe, but the use of the tree house is at your own risk.
