2 comfortable rooms in Sheffield nr to City centre

We are very close to the Northern General hospital, which is only 10 mins walk from the house, only 10 mins on the bus to the city centre, shops, theatres and Universities and around half an hour out to the Peak District.The house is full of original features. The larger room is stocked with a small fridge, toaster, kettle and plenty of breakfast cereals and fruit. Public transport is excellent in this part of the city. We have two very comfortably furnished rooms, with a double bed in each, to rent in our spacious well appointed Victorian house. The larger room has a brand new carpet and an antique French table for eating breakfast or working on your laptop and there is also a large antique chest of drawers and hanging space for clothes. The smaller room is cosy and is also well decorated and furnished. Guests have exclusive use of the two rooms and shared use of the bathroom and garden. They are also welcome to use the washing machine in the main kitchen and the dryer under the stairs. I am available if the guests have any questions regarding location and amenities in the area. We are on a quiet tree lined street in a multi cultural area of Sheffield. Most of the houses were built in the late 1800s and have large gardens. We are close to Meadowhall , the Northern General hospital, cinemas and theatres in Sheffield City centre, the Peak District, and also the M1. There are frequent buses at the end of our road ( 5 minutes walk) to the city centre , the Northern General hospital and out to the Peak District. There is always parking outside the house.
