The studio is located in the garden of our Estate in a plot of 2,000 s.m, situated on a hillside with a spectacular view of the sea.The garden is full of olive and pine trees and has various sitting areas were you can relax. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful and offers unique privacy. The Estate is surrounded by other private houses. The center of Oropos with all the shops is only 3 k.m away by car as well as the nearest sea. The studio is located only 3k.m away by car from the center of Skala Oropou, were all the shops, cafes, bars, supermarkets, banks and Resturants are situated as well as the nearest and most popular beach. The studio is located on the ground floor on the side of our Estate, with easy access from the front of our house. The 28 s.m provide a compact modernly furnished and sweet place ideal for two. It is very tidy and clean and offers what a visitor may ask for. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a closet. There is a room fan and a window for ventilation also toiletries, towels and clean linen is available. The shower room/ w.c has hot water available throughout the day, a hairdryer and clean towels. The kitchen has all the amenities and utensils required, a fridge, an oven, a kettle and a washing machine. The small living area has a double sofa, a TV and air conditioning. The house however is very cool inside. Surrounding the studio there is a big Terrance with a tent, sunbeds, a beautiful outdoor sitting set and a BBQ were you can relax, read a book, eat and simply enjoy your stay. Additionally you can relax in any of the various sitting areas around the Estate. Parking is available within the premises. The visitors have access to the whole plot of land were the house is located,in a totally natural environment. The house has various sitting areas, sunbeds, a BBQ, a pergola were our visitors can feel free to use at any time. We will be there to welcome you or pick you up from the port of Oropos, show you around our premises and the studio and make sure you feel at home with a nice friendly welcome smile drinks and snacks and if you might require anything further we will be there to assist you in order to make your stay as enjoyable as possible !!!!!!Our pleasure to be able to answer you anything you would be interested to know about your stay in Oropos. Oropos in general is an easily reached destination very popular throughout the summer months due to its clean beaches, appealing green nature, activities that can be undertaken and various forms of entertainment. The coastal area which is just 3k.m away from the HOUSE offers an array of beach bars, cafes, clubs, restaurants, taverns, fast food restaurants, fish bars, bakeries and all kinds of shops,supermarkets and pharmacies. The centre of Oropos-SKALA OROPOU is very vibrant and lively offering the visitor a superb shopping experience and entertainment from trendy cafes and beach bars to billiards centre, open air cinemas,fun fair park and play areas for children. For those who are sports enthusiasts there plenty things to do from swimming, diving, jet skiing, surfing, sailing, cycling, to paragliding to name but a few!!! The beaches surrounding Oropos are clean some with pebbles and some with sand, plenty are organised with beach bars and beach clubs. If you fancy something more quiet you can relax by the sea, go fishing, enjoy Bird watching as there are many species of wild birds and there is a protected Bird nature area, or visit many of the unique in architecture and history monasteries in the area. Festivals and events take place throughout the year, but during the summer months there is the famous TERRA VIBE music events with famous bands from all over the world. MALACASSA in which the event takes place is only 9k.m away from the house. Other cultural festivals and events occur during summer such as folk dances, the festival of bread, of sardines, theatre plays, kids plays, exhibitions, concerts, live bands and many others. Finally worth mentioning is that many small excursions can be taken from OROPOS. Eretria is just opposite with a 20 minute ferry boat ride, and Chalkis and THIVA which are other historic cities are about 35 minutes each. The house enjoys the privilege of the vicinity to ATHENS. It can be easily accessed by car in just an hours drive and yet combine a picturesque setting in a magnificent breathtaking and clean environment. It is a destination only 55k.m away from the centre of ATHENS and about 1 hours drive from ATHENS International Airport via Attiki odos and then the National ROAD EXIT SKALA Oropou. Clear INSTRUCTIONS can be given before arrival. Another alternative is by KTEL buses from Victoria Square in central ATHENS which run every hour in the summer months and arrive in SKALA Oropou in less than an hour. Then you can either take a taxi or we can arrange to come and pick you up, as the house is only 3 k.m away from the bus stop. There is a dog and cats in the plot of land, however they are quiet and friendly.
