Premium Chalet surrounded by vineyards ❤️

Great vineyard house with a wonderful view in the middle of nature! A special location with a panoramic view of the vineyards and Leibnitz. The vineyard is perfect for long walks and cooling down in the pond! The large terraces in front of and behind the house invite you to linger in the sun and are the perfect place to taste our own award-winning wine (one bottle of wine included!). The accommodation is directly connected to the winery and the production halls. The house has two bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the living room. Therefore there is enough space for 6 people. A large, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace at the back of the house invites you to cook. Around the house there is a 12 ha vineyard, where the "Kodolitsch wine" is produced. Guests are welcome to taste our wines and learn more about the production of the wine. For this purpose we have put up some information material in the accommodation. The house as well as the adjoining terraces and garden areas are used by the guest alone. Guests receive all information regarding check-in after successful booking. I am not present, but can be reached by telephone at any time for questions and further information. The neighbourhood captivates by numerous small taverns and inns in the surrounding area! It is also suitable for cycling trips, walks through the vineyards, or simply to relax. Further information about all activities can be found in the guest handbook of the house. In the accommodation you will find a guest book full of useful tips as well as insider information about sports activities, taverns, excursions, wineries and everything else you need for a relaxing holiday in Southern Styria! The winery is located half an hour away from Graz and is therefore also suitable for relaxing short trips! Near the house there is a bus station with which you can easily explore southern Styria and the famous "Weinstraße". In the accommodation you will find all further information regarding the region, excursion destinations, hiking trails, wine taverns ("Buschenschänke") and the winery itself.
