Backyard is fully wooded, with a trail leading to paved bike trail (over 135 miles of bikeways in Madison County)! Easily bike 3 miles to Hamel for ice cream, or 6 miles to historic Edwardsville's Main Street. Drink your coffee in the morning on the porch swing and listen to the birds and frogs sing! On a rainy day, stay in with full selection of movies, board games, and books, or play the piano. Relax in upstairs bathroom's antique clawfoot tub, or practice your air hockey skills in the sunroom.
