Little Vets is a perfectly formed studio apartment in the village of Framfield, 1.5 miles outside Uckfield. Adjacent to Veterinary House, a listed 16th Century Sussex tile-hung house, this apartment is sensitively created in a newly restored outbuilding that was once the Veterinary Surgery. The studio apartment is fully furbished for an enjoyable stay with a kitchen, living space and bathroom downstairs, along with space to work and a snug upstairs with a floor mattress on a mezzanine floor. Little Vets is completely seperate from the main house. You will be left to yourselves to enjoy your stay! There is a verge at the back of the building where you can enjoy the sunshine sitting on a bench, completely private from the village and the rest of the property. The apartment has a modern feel and is very airy and light with clever storage to keep it clutter free. Parking is on our driveway, which has a gate so is fully enclosed. There is a bus stop directly outside the house and in Uckfield just down the hill is on a direct line to London. We live in the property adjacent to Little Vets - have a gorgeously friendly cockerpoo and three children all over the age of 10. We will be keeping out of your way as it is your holiday after all! Access to the property is via a main driveway with ample parking. Access will be via a key kept in a key-box, the code of which you will be given once booked Framfield is only 1.5 miles away from Uckfield which is on a main line to London. You are also only 40 mins drive from Brighton, Eastbourne and Tunbridge Wells so very well located for exploring the area. In addition there are many fantastic walks direct from the house, onto the Weald Way. Maps of the local area will be in the property.
