Ivy House Garden Flat

Set in delightful rural surroundings with stunning views across our fields, our garden flat is warm, bright and self contained with a kitchenette and shower room. It is located 2 minutes from A30 and 5 minutes from J6 of M3 near Basingstoke. We are ideally situated for a Business Let - e.g. an executive who is working locally and its too far to travel home daily. Our pricing reflects this for longer term stays. We are a private house and we are sure that there will be no problem if you feel like a walk in our garden. There's a nice sitting out area in the sunshine just by the flat's front door - for al fresco eating or just enjoying the view. We are out and about as any family will be, but we can always help with anything. For instance, I am sure we can always come up with bright ideas on what to do / where to go in the locality. Its traffic-free walking country all around us, with some nice pubs to head for. Mapledurwell is one of those Hampshire villages that has little if any of the rush and hassle of the busy outside world. There are plenty of walks and delightful views over unspoilt countryside - the best one being from the window of the flat! Own (or hired) car or taxi is needed. Otherwise I could always lend out my bicycle! We are not on a bus or public transport route, so having one's own (or hired) car is essential. A gentleman in the village runs a long distance taxi service.
