On FARM-Taylor's SMART Rm-PRIVATE Entry - KING BED

Located on 18 acre farm, Taylor's room has a Comfy KING BED, Private Entrance, Large Deck, EN-SUITE tile/granite Bathroom, Fridge, Microwave, Robust WiFi, Direct TV, HBO, Netflix. Located 10 minutes to Murphy, John C. Campbell Folkschool, and Harrah's casino, you will find our location perfect. We are on a paved road, so very easy access. We are 30 minutes to two great whitewater rafting adventures: Ocoee and Nantahala! Why pay over $125 for a hotel, when our accommodations are much better. We travel extensively and love AirBnB. We have worked hard to make this room everything a traveler could ask for. You will be greeted with a basket of goodies to make it through breakfast. The bed is a king size and super comfy. The SMART room has its own private entrance, comfy king bed, and EN-SUITE tiled and granite bathroom. Room is equipped with the SMART features of an Amazon Dot and Amazon Fire Stick for Prime and Netflix. Control the bedside light, thermostat and door lock with your voice. We included a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser. Private entrance leads to large deck overlooking pool and pastures for relaxing and watching the deer play in the fields at sunset or daybreak. This whimsical room was our daughter's prior to college. Microwave, Fridge, Robust WiFi, HD Direct TV with HBOmax, and coffee maker with breakfast snacks all compliment the SMART room. New hickory hardwood was just installed on floors and new deck furniture. Check out our reviews on our other Airbnb property. This room will also receive high marks. We are located in the center of our 18 acre farm. You will most likely never hear a car, yet you are only 10 minutes to great restaurants and activities. Guests are free to use our swimming pool that generally is ready by mid June - Oct 1 for swimming. We don't live on that end of the house but do use a bathroom on that end and you may sometimes hear bathroom noises such as shower, toilet flushing and water running. Otherwise most of our living is on the other end. You will park below the deck and proceed up the stairs to the private entrance. If you need parking for motorcycles, out of the weather, we have a large storage barn adjacent to the area. Pool, deck, gas grill beside a creek are also for your use. The roads to our house are all paved. So all vehicles, including motorcycles will have no issues getting here. Guests are free to use our swimming pool that generally is ready by mid June - Oct 1 for swimming. We are avid cyclists and hikers. We would love for you to join us for a 20+ mile bike ride in the country. As life long residents, we are also more than happy to suggest hikes, mountain bike riding, fishing guides, or restaurants. How much you interact with us is up to you. You can text us or call us at anytime. Our AirBnB's are on our 18 acre farm. We are only 10 minutes to Murphy, two miles to Murphy Medical Center, and about 7 minutes to John Campbell Folk School. Harrah's is also 10 minutes away. We love our location because we can have our boat on five different lakes within minutes. We can be hiking the AT or mountain biking at Tsali within minutes. Our home is an easy distance to Murphy, Andrews, or Hayesville NC. All are within 10-15 minutes. We can enjoy whitewater within 30 minutes at either Ocoee or Nantahala. We are a great location to stay and play if you want to enjoy all the mountains have to offer. We have plenty of parking, bring a bus if you need to. We can accommodate what you have. Deer frequent our pastures. In 2016, a doe had triplets. They all survived the winter and now the herd has as many as 14! They appear at dusk and in the early morning. During July, our blueberry bushes are producing. You may be inclined to pick a few for your breakfast. Our greenhouse produces most of the year and we are happy to share organic vegetables with you too. :)
