City Escape house at the lake Morzycko

A charming place at the beautiful lake: perfect for a city getaway, romantic time for two or a weekend with friends & BBQ. Right at bike trail Blue Velo! House is very cosy, fully equipped, heated. The quiet zone on the area of Morzycko lake ensures a peaceful rest without the sounds of motorboats or scooters. Kayak and comfortable rowing boat are included in the price! Morzycko is an ideal lake for anglers. Forest paths near the house are perfect for walking or running. Come and check it out! My house is located literally at the lake. In the late spring and summer, you can just put on your flip-flops and jump into the water. Blue Velo for the active: City Escape House is just on the cycling route! Take your bike with and enjoy amazing views around in Nature. When water is too cold for you or you prefer relaxing walks in the forest (20m from my house) - go ahead - there is a road around the lake (ca 13 km). You can walk here safely, cycle or run. Shops and cities are far away, which makes this place even better. The closest store is in Moryń (the other side of the lake). It takes 6 minutes by car to get there, I sometimes go there with my kayak or boat, which is definitely more fun. You get whole house for yourself incl. kayak and a rowing boat that you cat use whenever you feel like. Please make sure you always wear a lifejacket whenever using water equipment - Morzycko lake is 60 m deep. Garage with a washing machine and dryer is also opened for you. There are three parking spaces next to the house. There is a fireplace in the living room, dry wood stock next to it and ecological kindling (please don't use any other kindling). Nie witam gości w domu i na nich nie czekam, każdy otwiera sobie drzwi sam (Klucz jest w skrzynce do której kod gość otrzymuje przed przyjazdem). The magic of nature gives you the opportunity to completely turn off everyday life, even after a weekend spent here you will feel positively charged and rested. In spring and summer, almost every day a white-tailed eagle soars around the house. In winter, deers and foxes approach the house. You definitely need a car to move around. There are no taxis, Uber or public trains or busses. Closest train station - Witnica, ca 4km away, Chojna ca 14km away Berlin - 2h by car Polish/German border - about 25min by car (Schwedt Oder) Kostrzyn - 40km Moryń - 6 min by car (shop, petrol station, small restaurants, ice cream parlour, church, sandy beach, park) Chojna - 15 min by car (a town with almost everything you need) Schwedt - 25 min by car (a town on the German side, shopping centre, theatre, some nice spots for walks) Szczecin - 70km Gorzów - 70km - check online where you are and go explore - see small towns around - they are very old and cozy - in garage you'll find a washing machine and clothes dryer that you can use - kayak and green rowing boat are there waiting to be used. Please make sure you will not hit any stones in the lake while approaching the shore - after each use of the boat/kayak, put the paddles in the garage - autumn / winter house is heated with a pellet stove (I do it online so you do not have to worry about it). In addition to the stove, you can also use the fireplace - the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and a small oven - TV is in the living room, - a poker set and board games is also there for loooong evenings :) - there is a child's feeding highchair and a tourist baby bed for the youngest ones (1x1m) - at the lake there is a place for a bonfire (wood you have at home, branches in the forest). Please make sure you keep it clean after each usage - there is also a terrace grill, please remember to cover the grill after use so that no water flows into it
