Maris Cottage offers comfortable accommodation priced for 2 people, In a quiet location, not overlooked by road,situated close to a beautiful sandy beach, also close to the Broads. Washing m/c available on request in house if required. Guests will be alone in the cottage, as we occupy the main house, which adjoins it. Interaction is as much or as little as guests prefer. Sea Palling is a friendly seaside village, on the Norfolk Broads National Park coast line, midway between Great Yarmouth and Cromer. The village has a General Store with Post Office, The Reef Bar,a Small Arcade, and a Cafe'/fish and chip shop, children's play area. 2 Farm Shops are a short distance towards Stalham selling locally grown fruit and vegetables and home reared and prepared meats, also pies. Stalham is 4 miles away with local shops and a Tesco Supermarket. The area is ideal for the beach, walking, boating, cycling. Waxham Great Barn is a short walk away, this is a heritage site with free access through the cafe'. Vicarage Gardens are a short drive away at East Ruston. There is also a seal colony 3 miles away,at Horsey Gap. A car is recommended for trips to tourist attractions, and shopping. The cottage consists of a double bedroom with a wardrobe/draw unit, bedside cabinets/lamps, consul table/mirror and King Size Bed (bed linen included). A shower room with - electric shower, wc, basin and towel rail is right next to the bedroom. Towels & hand soap are provided. There is a fully fitted, kitchen which includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The cottage is well supplied with crockery, utensils, glasses, etc. and cleaning materials . A separate Lounge/diner with Free-View TV CD/DVD Player . The property has Central Heating throughout with an Electric Fire in the lounge for additional heating. There is also free WiFi. available. The mobile signals are not good in this area, but guests can use the Land Line Phone on request.
