This cozy three bedroom, two bathroom home offers peace and quiet and easily accessible country living. It offers an open floor plan with plenty of space for gatherings, as well as lots of outdoor space. The home is cleaned and disinfected between guests and is ready for you to walk through the door and unwind. Guests will have entire home to themselves. There is a large front yard and private back yard for play and relaxation. Home is just outside of Lebanon city limits with easy access to the Lake of the Ozarks and Fort Leonard Wood areas. Homeowners live in the home next door. While they value privacy, they enjoy meeting new people and are happy to assist in any way that they can. The homeowners also have cats who live outside and like to visit the guests. Feel free to cuddle them if you would like. Orchard Drive is a quiet, peaceful area. Expect to hear bullfrogs and crickets at night and enjoy catching fireflies in the summer months. There is a Dollar General store just 3/4 of a mile North on Hwy 5. The driveway entrance is shared with another driveway. Honeysuckle Hideaway is in close proximity to several places of interest. The house is just outside of Lebanon city limits. Bennett Spring state park and lots of river activities are just 11 miles outside of Lebanon and a 20 minute drive from the house. Camdenton and the West end of the Lake of the Ozarks along with Ha Ha Tonka State Park is just a 20 minute drive North. Osage Beach and the Eastern half of Lake of the Ozarks is just another 10 minutes past Camdenton. Fort Leonard Wood is a short 35 minute drive from the house.
