The annex has its own entrance with key box and is suitable for 4 people and 2 well behaved dogs. There is a small pretty, well fenced garden with an attractive patio over looking open fields and woodland. Downstairs there is a well furnished L shape lounge/diner with log burner. Utility room where dogs can sleep. A loo. A small well equipped kitchen. upstairs there is a bathroom with shower & bath. 2 spacious bedrooms with beautiful views both with Hypnos beds. 1 double & 1 king size ChilternCottage annex is located near the top of the Chiltern Hills, in an area of outstanding natural beauty with stunning views. It is ideal for walking & cycling but also a short drive to main line train stations to London or Milton Keynes. To get to the annex you come down a long sloping drive with an electric gate. parking is near the entrance & garden. the rest of the property such as the horse yard is out of bounds. Guests are given their own space however Gail is happy to help and be around if needed & can be contacted via email phone. Welcome breakfast ingredients will be provided on the first morning in our well equipped kitchen. The area is of outstanding natural beauty near to the top of the Chiltern hills. Red Kites, deer & other wildlife are oftern seen . St. Leonards is very much in the country with good local pubs yet a short drive to main roads & train stations. The best way to get here is by car. The surrounding area is excellent for walking & cycling. The annex adjoins Chiltern Cottage which is a busy smallholding with a livery yard & boarding kennels so the usal outdoor noise & barking can be herd.
