House above water

Separate holiday house on the outskirts of a small village, in the heart of the Highlands, not far from its highest peak Javořice. The house offers a beautiful view to the surface of the pond. The stay is made more pleasant by bathing in a hot barrel, sauna in the house or the possibility of swimming in the pond with access from the terrace of the house. Parking is also possible on the place. Pets (dogs) are also welcome to accommodate (for an extra charge on the place 1000 CZK / night / 1 dog). The house has two separate bedrooms with double beds, storage cabinets and TV (one of them has Netflix). The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary appliances - hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer. There is also a minibar with wine or champagne (for a fee) and other small snacks. For flooding, it is possible to use a fireplace with prepared wood and enjoy the romantic atmosphere with fire and music. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bath and Finnish sauna. The stay offers a pleasant sitting on the terrace with the possibility of using a gas grill. Furthermore, bathing in a hot tub next to the house, the tub is equipped with nozzles and lighting for evening use. Swimming in the pond is possible, even with access from the terrace or in the second pond near the house. On the pond it is possible to use a boat for sailing on the water surface and for fishing. There are carp, grass carp, tench and pike in the pond. The equipment also includes basic fitness aids for a pleasant stretch; books and magazines or board games. On a secured plot, it is possible to park cars under the roof. Within 3-5 km there are quality restaurants, that you can visit, or you can have the ready meal delivered to the house. Pets are welcome with us (for an extra fee on the place - 1000 Kč/night/1 dog). Parking is possible directly next to the house under the roof - the place is guarded by a camera system. During the stay we are always on the phone, if necessary we can be in a short time in the house. The ruins of Janštejn Castle are 1 km away. Roštejn Castle is 11 km (on foot). 16 km away is the historic town of Telc with a beautiful castle and historic square - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 26 km from the house is the regional town of Jihlava, where you can visit the famous ZOO, catacombs, water paradise and many monuments. In addition to your stay, we will be happy to arrange massage services for both individuals and couples. There are also two bicycles for rent. If you are interested, we will be happy to prepare a picnic basket with food and drinks for the whole day suitable for trips around the area (for a fee). We also provide floral decorations for the house - in beds and flower arrangements according to preferences (for an extra fee). Every spring (April) the pond is drained and fished, so it is not possible to count on full soaking.
