This accommodation is in an ideal position to explore the countryside and the beautiful sandy beaches with miles of public footpaths and bridleways starting from your doorstep. Happisburgh beach is approximately 1 mile away and just along the coast are the beaches at Horsey and Winterton which are home to a large colony of Grey Seals. The main living area is open plan. Kitchen area Fully fitted and well equipped. Built-in electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Table and chairs to sit 4 people. Lounge area 3 seater sofa, futon sofa bed, Freeview TV and DVD player. Bedroom Double bed, bed side cabinets, dressing table and built-in wardrobe. Double doors leading to the outside courtyard. Shower/Wet room Fully tiled wet room with shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rail. Provisions for disabled guests. • Off road parking available • Use of communal paddock area • No smoking • Pets welcome You will have access to all of the accommodation. I do not live at the property but should you need to you can contact me on my mobile during your stay. Happisburgh is home to the oldest working light in East Anglia, and the only independently run lighthouse in Great Britain. It dates back to 1790 and you can visit this charming building during public open days and climb the steps up to the lantern. This property is in a rural location and a car will be needed. The nearest train station is Wroxham (13 miles). The key will be left in a deposit box for self check-in.
