The whole bungalow is available to rent and there is ample parking right outside the bungalow in private grounds with private garden. Myself or another family member will be available during your stay as needed to help ensure you have a great stay. I live in the house next door so if you need anything I can normally quickly help if I am around, otherwise there will always be a contact person for you. I respect your privacy so that you enjoy the house as your own. Quiet village just outside of Selby. Easy access to York, Leeds, Doncaster and Hull. (A19,A1,M62,M1). There is a small pub in the village 5 minutes walk away which does hot food at lunchtime and in the evenings. There is a Tesco express 2 miles away and then plenty of stores, restaurants etc. in the main town of Selby 3 miles away. The closest town is Selby 3 miles by bus or a walk along the river which is also 3 miles. Selby train station has regular direct trains to Leeds, York, Hull, Manchester and London. You will have full and exclusive use of the bungalow along with a private garden area and parking for your own exclusive use.
