The property is a 2nd floor flat in a redeveloped Victorian villa, formerly a private school. The exceptionally bright open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area offers superb views down the Annan valley & stunning sunrises. Lovely quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of town. The apartment is fully furnished with all your home comforts including complimentary tea, coffee, sugar & milk. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The single daybed can be easily converted to a double or dressed as 2 singles, please email your preference in advance. The lounge contains a 3 seater sofa & a 2 seater sofabed, again please advise if you wish this made up in advance. There is also a travel cot & high chair available. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster. The bathroom has a bath with shower tap. The apartment is accessed via a communal entrance hallway with hardwood staircase, please note there is 2 flights of stairs that may not suit all individuals. The apartment has private parking (no.6), with additional visitor parking spaces available. Please note all bed linen, towels & electricity are included in the daily rate. The lounge contains a 43" smart TV with Freeview HD, giving you 70 channels & allowing guests to log into their own accounts. It has Freeview Play too, so you can catch up with all your favourite TV from the last 7 days. Access is by collecting keys from the keysafe. The code will be provided a day in advance. There are regular buses to & from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dumfries & Lockerbie. Travelling by car Glasgow is an hour away, as is Edinburgh via the scenic A701. Carlisle is 40 minutes south on the motorway, Gretna Outlet Village is 10 minutes closer.
