The apartment has two-rooms and is located in a privately owned small apartment building, clean, neat, quiet and just 10 minutes walk from the main town square, the Post Office Square, the ancient theater and the train station. It is a very spacious and comfortable apartment of 45 sq.m. with private terrace. It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment has two-rooms, clean, warm, welcoming and quiet. Features a bedroom with wardrobe and ceiling fan. The living room and the kitchen are an open, comfortable space, where there is a two-seater sofa. In the same space there is a floor fan, refrigerator, oven, TV and everything you need for a kitchen to be functional. If customers need something extra, I will make sure to provide it to them. The bathroom has a half bath. The space in winter has autonomous heating with natural gas. The temperature is set at 20 degrees for the whole 24 hours and that and that is not possible to change. There is no need to travel by bus, because everything is very close to the house and can be reached on foot. There are many roads in the surrounding area, where one can have free parking. There is a taxi station very close to the house. It is possible to rent a bicycle from a store very close to home. During the stay in my place the visitors can ask me any questions. I live in the same building and I can help them with anything they may need. All movements are easy on foot or by bike. All Banks are very close on foot. Near the house there are 3 super markets, post office, 3 bakeries, 2 patisseries, a Christian and a Catholic Church, 3 fast food and 3 restaurants that have cooked food. Our neighborhood is very quiet, without much traffic from cars. What the visitor may need, he will find very close to home. HOUSE RULES • It is forbidden to smoke in the house.
