There is also a patio and bbq in the back avaiable for their use. I am almost always available to chat or resolve any issues. I am happy to socialize and have great stories and history of the town. I can make recommendations on sites to see, bars, restaurants, special events etc. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Lots of trees and green and big backyards, which allows for a bit more privacy. walking or cycling around town are even better now with a recently upgraded downtown with wide sidewalks and unique bike lanes that are not in traffic. great paths along the waterway and access to hiking and biking trails at both ends of town. great recreation areas with fields and courts for use A great for day paddling or as a destination for multi day paddle. Look for Smiths Falls Pedal and Paddle coming this June. There is more to Smiths Falls than meets the eye. Plenty of outdoor activities and recreation facilities. Home to world class illusionist Outerbridge and the Station theatre. Rideau canal interpretive centre, Eastern Ontario Railway museum, Heritage house museum. The Smiths Falls Arts Hub and Bowie's live music venue. This town in resurgence is a wonderful blend of heritage and modernity with it's eye on the future.
