Patras Palm Tree is a 50 sqm apartment located 750 meters away from the sea front, on the ground floor in a beautiful garden with lawn, palm trees and jasmine! Patras Palm Tree consists of a very comfortable bedroom with an office, a bathroom, a kitchen with full cooking equipment and a cozy living room. A music system and TV Plasma are provided as well. All rooms have fire alarm system and and free Wi-Fi access and air-conditioners while they are equipped with bed linen and towels for up to 4 guests. Both rooms of the apartment are soundproofed with double glasses. Το Patras Palm Tree αποτελείται από ένα πολύ άνετο υπνοδωμάτιο με γραφείο, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, ένα ζεστό καθιστικό και μπάνιο, όλα με διπλά τζάμια στα παράθυρα για έξτρα ηχομόνωση. Στο κατάλυμα παρέχεται δωρεάν πρόσβαση στο Wi-Fi, κι ακόμη επίπεδη τηλεόραση, ραδιοφωνικό σύστημα με cd player και κλιματισμός. Και στα δύο δωμάτια του διαμερίσματος υπάρχει ανιχνευτής καπνού, ενώ προσφέρουμε κλινοσκεπάσματα και πετσέτες για μέχρι και 4 επισκέπτες. Οι επισκέπτες μας μπορούν να περιπλανηθούν σε όλους τους χώρους του κήπου και να καθίσουν στα εξωτερικά έπιπλα απολαμβάνοντας το φαγητό ή το ποτό τους. Μπορούν ακόμη να παρκάρουν το όχημά τους σχεδόν έξω ακριβώς από το κατάλυμα. The guests have full access in all spaces of the apartment. They can park their cars in the public road, outside the house. They can wander in all spaces of the house as well as of its garden. Patras Palm Tree is located only a couple of minutes from the coastal road from which the guests can head downtown in about 10 mins by car, as well as the area of Vrachneika where there are plenty of seaside tevernas, cafeterias and bars. The property is also no more than a couple of minutes from the by-pass of Patras, the peripheral road, which the guests can choose when heading either towards the Stadium, the General Hospital “Agios Andreas” and the TEI of Patras or out of the city towards the beaches or sightseeing. Close to the house within 50 m. there are super market, butcher shop, pharmacy, bakery, fish market and a kiosk. The coastal front is only 750 m. far from the house and the area offers the guest the opportunity to relax from the vivid rhythm of the city but without being away from it. Το Patras Palm Tree βρίσκεται σε κομβική τοποθεσία, μόλις λίγα λεπτά από τον παραλιακό δρόμο από τον οποίο οι επισκέπτες μας μπορούν να κατευθυνθούν στο κέντρο τις πόλης , σε 10 περίπου λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο, αλλά και στην περιοχή των Βραχναίικων όπου βρίσκονται παραθαλάσσιες ταβέρνες, καφετέριες και μπαρ.Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση 50 μ. από το κατάλυμα θα βρείτε super market, κρεοπωλείο, φούρνο, ιχθυοπωλείο, περίπτερο και φαρμακείο. Πάρα πολύ κοντά επίσης είναι ο περιφερειακός δρόμος της Πάτρας απ’ όπου οι επισκέπτες μας μπορούν εύκολα και γρήγορα να κατευθυνθούν προς το Παμπελοποννησιακό στάδιο, το νοσοκομείο Άγιος Ανδρέας , τα ΤΕΙ και τις γύρω περιοχές, καθώς και σε προορισμούς εκτός πόλης. The area is connected to the city centre with regular bus line and the bus stop is located very close to the property. Further more in about 750 m. distance there is the railway stop of the Line 2 where 25is Martiou Street and Souniou/ Ag. Spiridonos Street meet, from where you can go either to the city centre or the Kato Achaia beach. The access to Patras Palm Tree is really easy because of its strategic location. It is located only a couple of minutes from the coastal road from which the guests can head downtown in about 10 mins by car, and also no more than a couple of minutes from the house there is the by-pass of Patras, the peripheral road, which the guests can choose when heading out of the city towards the beaches or sightseeing. Ο προαστιακός συνδέει την περιοχή της Παραλίας τόσο με το κέντρο της πόλης όσο και με τις κοντινές παραλίες της Κάτω Αχαΐας.
